Alcoa Larego New Mining Area
Alcoa engaged Sedgman Onyx for the definitive feasibility study (DFS), detail design, construction management support and field engineering for both the relocation of the crusher and design of the new non-process infrastructure (NPI) at their Willowbank mine. Alcoa relocated the primary crusher at the mine to a new mining area, which also required establishment of new facilities.
